Warranty
iPACK Luggage warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 3 years from the original purchase date. If defective, this product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of iPACK Luggage. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for which the product is designed, and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to accident, misuse, improper care or negligence. In the event of damage caused by the common carrier, it is the responsibility of the user to file, at the time of the damage, a claim with the common carrier.
